粵語 | 冬菇肉絲蒸豆腐 | 簡單家常菜 | Shredded Pork With Mushroom Stir Fry Over Steamed Tofu

Ingredients:
1 pork chop
1 box soft tofu
2 dried shiitake mushrooms (rehydrated)
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 scallions
1/5 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 cup of water
cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce

Pork marinate:
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water

Cornstarch slurry:
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water

材料:
1 塊 豬排
1 盒 滑豆腐
2 個 乾冬菇 (已浸泡)
2 個 紅蔥頭
3 瓣 蒜頭
2 棵 蔥
1/5 茶匙 糖
1/2 湯匙 蠔油
1/2 湯匙 紹興酒
1 杯 水
粟粉水勾芡

豬肉醃料:
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 糖
1/2 湯匙 生抽
2 茶匙 粟粉
1 湯匙 水

粟粉水:
1 茶匙 粟粉 + 2 茶匙 清水
