If you have a Sony TV remote that has a microphone button on it, and it does not allow you to talk to your TV, try connecting your remote to your TV via Bluetooth. In order for the microphone function to work, the remote needs to be connected via Bluetooth.

This video is made for Sony TV's in the USA, Sony TVs in other countries may operate and function differently. If you do these steps and they do not work, then.

1). Unplug TV from electricity, wait 5 minutes plug back in and try it again.
2). Factory Data Rest your TV, and try it.
3). If these above do not work, replace your TV remote and or contact Sony.
