How To Make Goya Chanpuru | Easy Healthy Japanese Breakfast Recipe | YUCa's Japanese Cooking

In this recipe video, I will show you how to make "Goya Chanpuru". Goya is a bitter melon, mainly produced in Okinawa. Chanpuru means "mix and stir-fry" in Okinawa dialect. Tofu is also a must for this dish as well. Enjoy Okinawa's local dish!
