Hey guys for today's recipe we're cooking Haitian style Coconut shrimp with mashed plantains instead of potatoes, the coconut shimp recipe is very easy I thought why not show you guys a side dish to eat with the shrimp. This is how I came up with the mashed plantains.

INGREDIENTS
12 to 15 devein shrimps
1 tbsp island vibe seasoning
1 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste
chopped red onion
1 tbsp epis
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp lime juice
1 green scotch bonnet
parsley
4 tbsp coconut milk

1 Green plantain (boil with salt)
2 tbsp butter
1/3 chopped yellow onions
1 tsp island vibe seasoning to seasoning onion
4 tbsp whole milk
