Hello everyone, for my second Stones live upload I've chosen Seattle, October 15th, 1981, Tattoo You tour
I could have made a big big review about this show, but since I had to divide it in 27 fucking acts, I've decided to give an 'overall' review
Mick Jagger is a very good singer, we all know that; But live (Sorry if you disagree) he usually sounded hoarsy, not very good; Once I started listening to this show I was about to change my mind, which I actually did, for the first half of the show; At it's second half Mick's voice gets a bit worse, but, not as bad as many later shows (I hate the 2000's concerts), so this is one high-rated concert for me
I'll comment about 8, 9 songs only, this upload was big! hahaa
'Neighbours' sounds awesome, Mick's vocals are killing, the sax solo is just marvellous; 'Beast Of Burden' also has an amazing sax solo, making the performance more interesting
'Waiting On a Friend', since it's a song I've never truly liked, it's the first live version I've ever listened, and it sounds really good, the drums and the bass sound more highlighted than the album version, making it a lot better
'Let It Bleed' is, well, very good (That's about it); The crowd is just on the right mood at 'You Can't Always Get What You Want', singing it very nicely
Keith growls into the high notes on 'Little T&A'; but manages it really fine; Tumbling Dice is ok....
'She's so Cold' is quite good, but it never truly sounded well live; 'Miss You' is interesting;
The concert's highlight for me (Despite Neighbours) is the 'Jumpin' Jack Flash' jam, it's very intense with some lovely improvs, like Mick says, ''It's a gas''
Enjoy Stones fans!
*Sorry for the non-complete description, I've been really tired; Maybe someday I'll redo it
*If you want to give your own personal review of the concert I would be happy to publish it; Send it to me after you've listened to the entire show
