Moving your own bodyweight should be the basis of your movement practise. We are predisposed naturally to move our bodyweight around 🙂

It can be performed anywhere , no need for equipement.
You’ll build better coordination, strengthen the bones and joint and ligaments and gain raw strength as a result.

Start with the basics, build your foundations, then add complexity and flavour.

The possibilities are endless, you choose where you want to venture yourself into (calisthenics, martial arts, parkour, Animal Flow, break Dance, Capoeira…)
