Minimal Bullet Journal Setup 📓 EASY setup for beginners

This minimal bullet journal setup is super simple and very basic.

Consisting of only a key, yearly spread, monthly spread and weekly spread. No extensive lists or trackers and no fancy artistic designs.

JUST. THE. BASICS.

If you have been intimidated to start a bullet journal, or if you have started before (like myself) and given up on it because it wasn’t exactly PERFECT, then hopefully this video helps :)

A bullet journal can truly be a wonderful tool to help keep your daily life organized, and keep all of your thoughts and ideas out of your head and on paper.

It has been a wonderful addition in my life to help simplify my mind and my daily life, and I think it can do the same for you.
