In this video, I have made a Mobile Phone Detector circuit using LM358 IC. The circuit is very simple and the process is shown step by step in the video so that you will face no problem during design.

Required Components:
1. LM358 IC 1no
2. BC547/BC548 NPN Transistor 1no
3. Resistors - 1K, 100K, 220K (1/4 wattage) 1no each
4. Capacitors - 1uF 2no, 100uF 1no, (16Volt)
5. LED 1no
6. Antenna 1no
7. 4.5Volt DC source (5V mobile charger call be used as a power source)
8. Connecting wires

This mobile phone detector can sense the presence of an activated mobile phone from a distance of 2 to 4 meters. So it can be used in an examination hall, where mobile phones are not allowed.

This circuit can detect incoming & outgoing calls, SMS, the internet and video transmissions, even if the mobile phone is kept in silent mode. When it detects an RF signal from the activated mobile phone, its LED starts blinking & continues to blink until the signal stops.

I have also explained the working principle of the circuit (Mobile phone detector) so that you can modify the circuit as you want.
