Reason why I did not choose Ipad 10th gen.
I dont find the upgrade so appealing
9th gen can function well enough
with the price of 10th gen, I can just add a few thousands to have Ipad Air latest model (which I prefer)
9th gen is a good choice if you are a student, procreate is downloadable as well
