#Jahangir Pir Darga is the famous darga of Syed Gousuddhin and Syed Burhanuddin who had come down from Iraq during the 15th century to spread peace. These people lived throughout their lives here working for the people and gradually died in this place. Their disciples constructed the graves of these holy persons
Interestingly, the number of Hindu devotees visiting the shrine is more on certain occasions. About the saints buried here, it is believed, that they were soldiers who came along with an army from Baghdad (Iraq) and martyred in a battle waged for the Golconda kingdom
Over the years it has turned into a picnic spot. Families can be seen cooking food and having a lively time. On Sundays, the turnout is close to 15,000 and more.
