This washing line is designed and built to clean all type of mixed plastic waste like MLP Food packing plastic waste which is not easily recyclable. Our technology converts these type of plastic into aggloed form(Densified form) using the below process and equipment
Duster Machine / Jatak is an machine to remove excess dust which is with plastic material in its dry form
Washing line has Belt conveyor to easily feed the material to Grinder.
Grinder/Crusher is an size reduction technology to produce uniformly chopped smaller pieces of plastic waste
Turbo washer will clean all the dirty material and other contamination on the plastic
Floating tank (Float sink tank) will separate the floatable good plastic with other impurities and take the good plastic to next stage
Water saving technology reduces the water consumed in the process and retains water in the tank.
Centrifugal Drier will remove the excess water after cleaning the material with the help of centrifugal force.
Hot air blower will eliminate the last leg of drying process where if any moisture left will be evaporate in the heater tubes.
Silo with mesh is used to store the clean material after it is cleaned.
Squeezer Densifier this machine is used to densify the material so that it can be easily stored, it also removes any excess water that is present in the material.
