2024 SARC Community Builder Award

Introducing this year's Community Builder Award Recipient, Marilyn Cook.

Marilyn lives in Saskatoon, SK and is a true community builder. Marilyn works hard to ensure that people at Elmwood Residences are able to participate in their community the way they would like to.

It is evident that the community is at the heart of what she does when you take into account that she decided to volunteer her time at Elmwood after being a staff member there for 40 years.

Whether it is working to ensure people can attend Wheelchair Bowling, Blades Games, Concerts, and everything in between, Marilyn can be counted on to lend a helping hand to ensure everyone can access community events of their choosing.
