Most network marketers run their business on a part time basis. The whole goal for many is to eventually earn enough income from their network marketing career so that it can replace their job. Most part time network marketers simply don't commit enough time to truly grow their business. Many do it when they "have the time" but often there are days, weeks or even months when they haven't worked. They let life get in the way. Soon after, they decided that the business doesn't work. More accurately they should have said that they didn't work.

Here is a simple 20 minute daily routine to start you on the road to success in network marketing. If you can't find 20 minutes a day to build your business, perhaps this profession isn't for you.

*Note: This routine is just enough to get you started and to give you some results. In order to create full time or life changing income, you will have to do more work.

1. Prospect
Your business will not grow unless you prospect. Get into the habit of prospecting everyday. That way you can be productive everyday. Prospect for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. You might be able to talk to some people and invite them to look at a presentation. You might not reach anyone at all. That doesn't matter. What matters is that you do it everyday. You do this consistently, you'll eventually get results.
You'll be surprised how much you can get accomplished in 10 minutes.
One of my facebook friends posted that he called 50 leads that were 2 years old. It took him 27 minutes and he spoke to 10 people. Out of those 10 people he booked 2 appointments.

If you prospect for 10 minutes a day, you'll be taking more action than over 90% of network marketers. It's sad but it's true. The reason why network marketers fail is that they simply don't talk to enough people. Don't be one of the ones who don't talk to enough people.

2. Personal Development
Do at least 10 minutes of personal development each day. This could be reading a book, listening to audios or watching inspirational stories on youtube. Your income can only grow as much as you do. If you are able to create more income faster than you grow as a person, you will lose the money. That's why most lottery winners end up broke within about 5 years.

If just do this 20 minute routine everyday, you can't help but start to get sales and sign ups and also start advancing rank and collecting bonuses. What I find is that most people that try this routine, will actually "cheat", They start to find it fun and easy and actually put in more work than the minimum 20 minutes a day.

Pretty cool huh?
