I created this hour timelapse, of an oak tree changing through the seasons using Adobe Firelfly and some basic Adobe After Effects animations.

I use it as visual clock for an hour sessions with clients but it is also a visual aid for clients to gather their thoughts and process feelings if needed.

Fellow colleagues, feel free to use it in the same way if it's helpful or if you enjoy a gradual changing image.
