NEW: The precise WZ14 workpiece feed system, which was previously only available for higher series, is now also available for EDGETEQ S-500 series edgebanders. The extended sliding pawls of the WZ14 guide the workpieces safely under the top pressure. The format delivery thereby ensures exact parallel cuts as a prerequisite for correct angles. This means that even rugh formatted workpieces can be processed perfectly. An optimal complement to the EDGETEQ S-500 is the LOOPTEQ O-600 return system. This multi-talent serves as a workpiece return and stacking system. The intelligent automation forms the basis for an interlinked material flow with high performance. Due to the defined rotation during the transfer of the workpieces, a process-oriented return takes place and finished workpieces can be discharged or stacked.
