200gm Kashmiri Lal mirch
4 table spoon Ginger garlic past
Half finely chopped capsicum
Half finely chopped carrots
50 grams finely chopped cabbage
20 grams coriander stalks
50 gms finely chopped spring onion
3/4 green chilli
3/4 green onion
½ tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Ajinomoto
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp soy sauce
half litre water
25 to 30 cloves Garlic Chopped
2 cup Oil
2 t-spoon vinegar
4 t-spoon red chilli sauce
4 t-spoon soya sauce
5 t-spoon tomato catch-up
