Note: I chose these songs based on the expectations compared how they actually did. For example if the comeback was unpromoted, a ballad or the debut I'm sure no one expects it to do super well. Also why I chose Twenty-Three for IU is because she has always charted so back in the day no one longetivity so it wouldn't be fair to pick her early songs as "flops" in 2015 and 2016 you already saw songs passing 30 weeks or so but for IU to not hit that is kinda her flop era imo
