What words come up most on the GRE?
It is not all about the difficulty of the words that come up - sometimes the sentences can use easy words but test if you understand the sentence. As you rise through the levels though the vocab tested rises to the collegiate level - the type of words you see in this video.

Which is the best GRE Wordlist?
The one that teaches you the most words! The longest one I have seen is a list of 5000 college level words but is it helpful just to have a long list? In this video I try to teach you a realistic amount of words.

How many words to know for the GRE?
I recommend adding 2000 appropriate words to your existing vocabulary. That's the most realistic target over the course of a few months.
