Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cookies Recipe (with crinkles)

220g dark chocolate
120g unsalted butter
100g granulated sugar
100g brown sugar
2 eggs
150g all-purpose flour
25g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Line the baking trays with parchment paper and leave aside.
Add dark chocolate and butter to the plate and microwave. Leave this aside to cool down.

In a large bowl add eggs, granulated and brown sugar. Whip these together on high speed for about 5min. The mixture should lighten in color and double in volume.

Pour the melted chocolate and mix until combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Fold everything together.

You can use an ice cream scoop, piping bag, or just a spoon to put them on a baking tray.

Make sure to leave gaps between them (so the cookies have room to spread as they bake). Refrigerate for 30 min.

Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F. Bake in your preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Let them cool and Enjoy!
