STEPS:
1. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint base coat on canvas with blue, white and black
2. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint sky with white, yellow, orange and blue
3. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint water with white, yellow, orange, blue and black
4. Chalk – Draw outline for boats
5. #2 round brush – Paint base coat for boats and buoy with brown, black, white and red
6. #2 round brush – Paint highlights and shadows with dark gray (made in step 4), light gray (made in step 4), black, white and red
7. #2 round brush – Finish poles and strings with white, yellow, orange, black and red
8. #2 round brush – Paint reflections with light gray, dark gray, white, red, orange, yellow and black
9. #2 round brush – Sign with black
