Ingredients
rice cooked
2eggs
one carrot
half bell pepper
half onion
2 garlic
one small ginger
2strips of green onion
one green chilly
one tomato
oyster sauce
soya sauce
fish sauce
sesame oil
vegetable oil
salt
coriander leaves
red chilly powder

process
cut onions
grate carrots
cut bell peppers
cut green onion
cut green chilly also ginger and garlic
cut little bit of coriander
fry onions with oil
when onions are sautéed add bell peppers
add ginger and garlic
first sautéed everything
add carrots
add salt and red chilly powder
stir
beat eggs
add onions green chilly pepper coriander leaves
beat all together
pour the eggs onto the vegetables mix with onions
fry all together
try to make sure that the egg is cooked thoroughly in
low to medium heat
when egg is cooked add cooked plain rice
stir everything all together
mix the rice with vegetables and eggs
add one teaspoon soya sauce
add half teaspoon oyster sauce
all bit of fish sauce
half teaspoon sesame oil
mix all together
add tomato and spring onion for garnishing
serve it hot as lunch or dinner
