my experience getting off birth control pills after 10 years: mood, periods, and acne

I got off of birth control in October 2021 after I was on it for 10 years. I was prescribed the pill for my acne at 15 years old and decided to get off of it last year. This is my personal experience. Not medical advice, no shaming anyone on it. I think every person should make informed choices and no one should tell you what you should and should not do.
