Dual boot Chrome OS and Windows on the Surface Go 3

Create bootable Chrome OS image by following these guides:

Video guide -    • How to Dual Boot Chrome OS and Window...   (make sure you skip the Linux subsystem installation part, just open up Windows Powershell on windows and type wsl --install on the command, after that follow the same guide till the part where it asks you to type dual boot, press 'Enter' instead to just create an image file)
