Homemade Car-Topper Plywood Boat, Full Build, 150 hours in 15 minutes!

An overview of the 16 weeks I spent building my OZ Goose Skiff . A Car-toppable plywood sailing boat, weighing only 60kg fully rigged!
From lofting to cutting and coating the panels with epoxy to all the woodwork and and finishing like marine Varnish and 2 pot painting.
You can also see how I made the light but strong hollow spars.
Also the laminated rudder and dagger board process is briefly shown here too. And of course, some cool sailing moments. You wont believe this little unsinkable skiff's performance and versatility.

This is NOT a tutorial on how to build the OZ Goose, it's just how I built it, a homemade cartoppable plywood sailing boat...my way.
