Hiii all!!

I’m back from Japan & straight into another yapping session - today - about embracing the cringe and overcoming the fear of being cringe 🩷

I made a video like this months ago, and it really began the trajectory of me finding my voice online, and beginning to make content on living authentically which I am so passionate about.

Since then, I’ve confronted a lot of cringe and hopefully have some fresh insights to give !

As a wise person once said, ‘Don’t Kill the Part of You That is Cringe, Kill the Part of You that Cringes’

This video is an ode to both that quote and for anyone, any creative, any artist that has met the confronting experience of putting themselves, their art and their voice out there and have been met with the block and fear - internal or external - of being ‘CRINGE’
