Each of these web portals has a direct feed to the backend system that all Realtors use which is the MLS. It is because of this, that very rarely will you see discrepancies or differences of what properties are on those websites. They all offer a different user experience and the amount of search traffic on these sites is incredible. However, what is the difference between all of them in terms of their business model?

All of the portals today have a different and good experience and some, at the end of the day, you are welcome to use any consumer portals but be sure to remember to pick me when you want to get more information or to tour homes, as the individual agent matters the most.
