Hi guys!!Fall is already here, so in this video I will show how to make three different healthy snacks perfect for fall. These are some of my favorite little treats to enjoy between meals and they are actually good for you so I hope you like them and let’s jump into the video!

For the Apple chips you just need:
Two apples, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a teaspoon of sugar.
Start off by taking out the core of the apple with an apple corer and then slice it as thin as you can, a mandolin would be great for this task but I just didn’t have one so I used a knife. Then, place your slices on a tray.

Mix a teaspoon of cinnamon with a teaspoon of sugar and sprinkle all over the apples slices on both sides. Then bake them in the oven at 100 degrees for 1 hour, then flip them over a let them bake for another hour. I know it is a lot of time but the temperature is low so you don’t waste that much energy and the result is delicious. It’s the perfect healthy snack to eat while you watch TV or do your homework.

For the second recipe you will need:
A pear, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and some cookies of your choice.
First, peel the pear and cut it in little pieces. Then crush your cookies on a bowl, you can crush them really small or leave big chunks. Then, start layering your dessert: place some pear, some cookies and some Greek yogurt and keep layering until you get to the top. Finally sprinkle some cinnamon to taste.
This snack is perfect as an after school or after work snack when you are super hungry because is very filling. Plus, it is really good.

The last one is my all time favorite and you will need:
Some chocolate, non dairy milk or regular milk, stevia or sugar, and some flour.
Start off by putting 4 chocolate squares in a bowl and add 6 teaspoons of milk. Heat it in the microwave at medium heat for 30 seconds and stir well until everything is combined. Then add 3 little packets of stevia or 2 teaspoons of sugar and finally add 4 teaspoons of flour. I also pour it into this little glass so it looks better.

Put it in the microwave at high heat for 30 seconds and add some sprinkles if you want, And that’s it you will have the perfect no guilt brownie. What it makes it healthy is that it is very small but it’s perfect when you have that sweet tooth craving. And also using stevia, non dairy milk and dark chocolate make it a lot less unhealthy.
