Today I wanted to take the opportunity to share my whole trading session as I get more consistent. At double the speed and without comments. 

I am still in the simulator and have been over the past weeks. It was the best decision to make and I get more consistent and confident by doing so.

One issue I currently face is, that I usually start my day with losses and try to figure out why? And, of course, to find ways to change that. Especially as I know myself way too well and, when trading live, I most likely would hit my max loss and finish the day even more in the red in case I kept trading. But, the funny thing is, that in 90% of the times I started in the red over the past month, I finished in the green. Net-green that is! (after commissions). Just by grinding myself out of it without any increased risk, but focused trading. 

Anyhow, to prevent to start in the red I try to reduce my Tier-Size at the beginning for the first trades, watch a stock for a couple of minutes before taking a first trade and/or take a mental trade before actively trading. To get a feeling for the Stock if you'd like to say so. Once I am more confident in taking trades and get in the flow of it, I increase size etc. 

Today worked out ok and I started up green in $TPR a little, messed up in $BZUN and gave back all that and a little being careless, but remained above my daily max loss and finished the day green after commissions. 

It took a while until I found some setups that worked out. Basically trading Resistance and Support looking on Level II for Big Orders to frontrun. $HD was positive over all, but as usually I traded too many stocks at the same time. I really must change that and focus on less, but trade those well. Not to mention to hold my winners longer... like $YY long at 75.50ish that broke out just after I sold rest of it with a loss cough (around minute 21).

Next "project" is to learn  how to Double Up in trades that work well. Really have no feeling for it and usually end up taking off the trade break-even once I try to increase my position in a trade that goes my direction. But one step at a time :-)
