Moringa tree or drumstick tree right from roots , leaves , flowers and fruits are being used from ages and said have numerous health benefits. Moringa sticks or Sahjan or Nuggekayi are soft and delicate in nature so they cook pretty fast. moringa fry is crispy and tasty indulgent dish served as a evening snack or side during lunch. Meanwhile they are most versatile nutrition rich food...During monsoons making Onion or Potato pakoda is very common so this recipe is definitely something new to try it out.

Ingredients
1) 2 Moringa Sticks
2) 3-4tbsp Chick-pea Flour
3) 2tsp Red chili powder
4) 2 tbsp Semolina
5) Salt to taste
6) Oil for frying

Note
