Dagoth Ur breaks down the absolutely crazy, insane and unhinged characters from the cult game The Elder Scrolls Skyrim. There are quite a bit of characters in Skyrim that are completely off their marbles. Not as many as in Oblivion, but characters such as Cicero, Calixto the Butcher and many others definitely make the cut. Eola is also quite the crazy character, among many others.
