Today we are making up the HELLO PUMPKIN! Hat in the small size. This is an alternative colour way to the Mystery KNITALONG Hat which was knit up in the medium size. Go to that playlist for more on that make.
There are three sizes. Small, Medium and Large! But we are concentrating on the small size. For other sizes got the mystery Halloween Hat knitalong playlist!
Scroll down for the pattern. The Colourwork pattern is on my blog so head over there for that. Apologies but couldn’t copy it to the description. Colourwork Pattern Here.

For the Hat Cast On and Rib Knitting.
Cast on 92 Stitches
I used a Cable Cast on but you can use any cast on that's not tight. Cast on 1 extra stitch
Pull your cast on equally over your circular needles and pop the extra stitch back onto the other needle and knit it together with the first cast on stitch. You will have the correct amount of stitches.
Row 1-20: Knit a 2x2 rib which is two knit stitches and then 2 purl stitches throughout the row.
Row 21-24 Knit 4 rows in stockinette which is plain knitting using the knit stitch.
