We did a video report on our investigation against Sean Mabe and the several dozen witnesses who came forward corroborating that Sean hires owner operators, fails to pay them, falsifies insurance documents, and when the driver complain about not being paid for more than two weeks, their access to fuel cards or fuel advances is cut off, stranding the drivers. When they quit, Sean uses contract verbiage regarding early termination fees to ensure he never has to pay the drivers. Once this was publicly exposed, he posted this video attack against us. He has since deleted it, so we are reposting.

At the time we posted this video, Sean no less than seven carrier companies which is is associated with and now two brokerages as well.

Copies of this video have been turned over to DOT, FMCSA, and DOJ. I am told by FMCSA investigators that Sean is on their radar. He is known to be associated with the following companies as owner or partner:
