Although the speed tuning shown at the end differs from the actual run, it will perform equally well. I forgot to record it afterward. I wasn't expecting 0 cycle clear, which is why the rotation isn't fully optimized.
Pela doesn’t benefit from the Eagle set in the second wave, so you can use Vonwacq instead.

[Builds]
Jingliu: 118 SPD
Pela: 168 SPD (Eagle+Penacony) or 160 (Rainbow set+Vonwacq)
Tingyun: 164 SPD (Eagle+Vonwacq)
Robin: See note on Robin below

110 SPD should be enough for Jingliu if including Tingyun's speed boost from her E1. Make sure to use Jingliu's ult on her turn in wave 1, NOT during the state transition animation. In this case, Pela needs to have a slightly higher speed, either 172 or 162.

[Random Dependencies]
1) Jingliu's technique must freeze the boss.

2) Every ult must crit.

3) For Tingyun to finish the first phase with her BA, Aventurine should have 4% or less HP left. Otherwise, Jingliu will have to use her ult outside of the Spectral Transmigration state, resulting in much less damage. Also, hitting too hard before Tingyun's turn risks either triggering the dice gamble or missing out on Tingyun and Jingliu's last turns.

4) Robin uses ATK rope because the team lacks damage, which requires her to take 3 or 4 hits from the bounce attack, followed by the next single attack to make this run work.

Edit: After a bit more tries I found that if I'm fishing for crit, Robin doesn't really need an ATK rope and can use Fleet, which is way less of a headache with RNG. And if Robin's using an ERR rope, Pela will most likely need to run both the Penacony and Eagle sets to hit the damage breakpoint.
