A Real Estate Agent is anyone who is licensed to buy or sell residential or commercial property. A Realtor® is a real estate agent who is part of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). NAR has been around for over 100 years, but the term Realtor® has only been used for about 40 years. New members agree to abide by NAR's code of ethics and professional standards. The biggest difference between a Real Estate Agent and a Realtor® is the code of ethics, which is based around The Golden Rule (to treat others the way you want to be treated). It does enforce a higher standard of professionalism versus your average real estate agent.

Lindsay is a Southern California native, however is no stranger to the Southern Washington and Columbia Gorge. She spent her youngest years living all over the Columbia Gorge and along Highway 14 which has helped her gain a strong sense of the geographic. Now, living back up here as an adult she feels more at home than ever.
Lindsay graduated from Sonoma State University with a double major in Business Management and Spanish. While she was an undergrad, she worked in the Hospitality Industry and fell in love with helping people and serving others. Lindsay has been searching for "that thing" that will allow her to utilize her business skills as well as fulfill her love for meeting new people, building long lasting relationships and helping those who are in need. Real Estate has struck her as exactly that and she appreciates diving in to change lives.
In her spare time, Lindsay is an avid swimmer and is a triathlete doing Half Ironman races. She loves being active and exploring the wild outdoors. She absolutely loves being a mother to a four legged feline fur baby, Tonka.
