This is a brand new board and this was the very first time strapping into the board. Its a stunning board which the trippy looking topsheet, the video doesn't do it justice, how much of an optical illusion it really is as well as the holographic decals. The base is an extruded base but loving the purple graphic on it.

So the flex, if you have ridden the old Villain its very similar with the flex pattern but softer as it does not have the carbon stringers in it, but unlike the new Villain, with its Quadralizer sidecut this has the EQ Rad sidecut. The board out of the sleeve has alot of pop, I could feel it wanting to spring back on me (which i like). The board has a sweet spot on the outside of the bindings to hold a press and load it up for an ollie. Torsional flex is pretty soft and know this will be a gem in the park (though it is designed for that). I know a few people who love the board, im yet to ride it on snow (due to Covid) which wont be a while.
