Due to social distancing protocols during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, in-person attendance at Metro Transit Police Officer graduation ceremonies is limited to members of the graduating class and those directly involved in the graduation (i.e. Chief and selected members of the command staff).

With the understanding that the Swearing Cereomy is one of the most significant milestones in the life and career of a police officer, Metro Transit Police have established this livestream to let family and friends watch live as their loved ones, MTPD Class #119, become sworn police officers and members of the MTPD family.

The Chief has designated a small number of participants who have volunteered to make this possible using cell phone video links to stream the video from multiple angles during the event.

The livestream will begin at approximately 10 a.m. Friday, October 23, 2020.
