⚙️ Follow These Steps:
1. Create an Asset Role: Give your Asset Role a name that clearly describes its purpose, such as 'New Employee VoC' for onboarding or 'Truck VoC' for all truck-related training.

2. Set Asset Type and Role Name: When creating the Asset Role, ensure the 'Asset Type' field is set to 'Person'. Then, enter your chosen 'Role Name' – for example, 'VoC' or a more specific name like 'Truck Driver VoC' – and then Save it.

3. Add Required Skills: Now that you've created the Asset Role, start building it out by adding the required parent skills.

4. Assign the Asset Role to People: Once your Asset Role is built out with all the necessary skills, navigate to the section where you manage employee assignments or roles to assign it to your people.

5. View Employee VoC Status: After assigning the role, you can easily view an employee's VoC status. Go into their profile and look for a 'VoC' tab. This tab will show you all the skills assigned through their Asset Role and their progress towards completing them.

✨ Important Notes / Visual Cues:
Make sure you have watched the previous video on creating parent-child skill relationships, as that step needs to be completed before creating and assigning Asset Roles.
-When creating the Asset Role, ensure the 'Asset Type' field is set to 'Person'.
Only add parent skills when building out the Asset Role.
The employee's VoC status, showing assigned skills and progress, can be found under a 'VoC' tab in their profile.
