In today's episode, I want to share with you an end to end video, of the cape to cape track.
This video was put together from my series of day hikes from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin.

It gives you a taste of the complete track and the wonderful scenery that you can expect to find.
Don't be fooled by the speed of the video, some of the beach sections are challenging, especially on a hot day.

Some sections offer very little shade but the forest sections make up for it. Like most hikes in Western Australia the beauty of the countryside is at it's best in the spring and winter.
