Ohio Secretary Candidate Marcell Strbich Aligned with Trump’s Bold Push to Ban Mail-In Ballots, Voting Machines
In a fiery interview on The Windsor Report, Ohio Secretary of State candidate Marcell Strbich discussed the importance of President Trump’s movement to ban mail-in ballots and electronic voting machines for federal elections. Strbich called for pre-printed hand paper ballots with watermarks, arguing Ohio’s election systems have “come under more and more corporate control” and eroded public trust due to a “lack of transparency, public oversight, and accountability.”

He criticized the state’s reliance on outdated 2005 security standards for voting machines. Strbich also challenged Ohio’s 99.9% election accuracy claim, noting audits cover only “5% or less” of ballots, questioning, “How can you assure the people of Ohio that in that sample size you have identified the potential for fraud, error, or manipulation?”

Strbich champions a one-day, in-person voting plan. He also called out opponent Robert Sprague’s silence and current Secretary Frank LaRose’s defense of the status quo, vowing to make Ohio a “beacon of election integrity.”
