Watercrest is a gated community in Parkland, Florida, in the northwest region of Broward County. The community features approximately 150 acres of lakes and two gated entrances. It contains 589 single-family homes with three to five bedrooms.
Homes in Watercrest at Parkland are organized into four collections: Vista, Meridian, Solstice, and Horizon. These collections offer 28 different floor plans, with sizes ranging from 2,022 to 5,691 square feet.
