This video goes over how to replace your camshaft positioning sensor bank two in a 2008 Infiniti G35X. An aftermarket sensor is cheaper, but if your code persists, you might want to try a OEM sensor. The error code PO 345 means the computer has sent a signal to the cam positioning sensor, however it does not see the right signal that is being returned from the sensor.
