It was a long journey, I think I'm getting closer to the peak strength with the dynos. My rep season with the hand grippers came to ab end and I destroyed and fried my hands to the max. It took several weeks to recover after more than a 1000 TNS reps with the mid to heavy grippers. I think that 1RM season next year will bring some fun moments.

I'm more than happy to get back to 130 kg, since the average grip strength when I was crushing it like there is no tomorrow on a daily basis droppes significantly and I was gettjng only 115-118 kg daily.

I will recover for some more time and start 1RM season. Looking forward for intensity season, since I did a lot during the rep one and it was tons of fun. You can read the description of this video just to get the idea what happened at the background:
