The social media site I’d like to talk about is Facebook. Although it’s been around for a while and is sometimes seen as outdated by younger generations, I still find it incredibly useful. I’ve been using it for over ten years now — in fact, it was the very first platform I ever signed up for.

These days, I check it maybe two or three times a week. I mostly use it to stay in touch with my relatives and old friends from high school. It’s the only place where we’re all still connected. I also use it to join interest-based groups, like local book clubs or second-hand markets.

One of the main reasons I continue using Facebook is because it offers a wide range of features in one place — messaging, event planning, photo albums, and even job hunting tools. It’s like a digital Swiss army knife. However, I’m not a fan of the constant stream of ads, and sometimes the content in my feed feels repetitive or irrelevant.

Still, for someone like me who values practicality and connection, Facebook serves its purpose well. It may not be trendy anymore, but it’s reliable and comprehensive.
