These are the videos I found online that I piece together to customize my own work out, these came about because there are so many workout on YouTube, many of them I love but not everything fits my conditioning level, so it is hard to follow, also the timing and the equipment are not always convenience for me to follow. I piece together a very easy and low level and low impact workout that have benefits me tremendously with my old out of shape overweight condition, but because I found these workout that fits me so well, it helps me became healthier, stronger, happier, and I was also able to lose weight because of these work out, so I am very grateful to whoever made these, please check out their videos which I will Link in the description, another reason I compiles these myself is simply because of ads and advertising, it just all of a sudden interrupts your workout, I had to physically stop to skip it, so annoying. I incorporate simple overall muscle workout, and mobility stretching, simple yoga, because I had back injuries, so many workout hurts my back, so it is hard to find gentle workout that helps strengthen and heals at the same time, so these workout will also help you heal and stretch which is so much more important as we get older, I took the liberty of compiling these videos for you so you don't have to. The best workout for weight loss is a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio, and strength training. Cardio like running and cycling burns a lot of calories, while strength training builds muscle to boost your metabolism, and HIIT provides an efficient way to burn calories and fat in a shorter amount of time. Combining these methods is more effective for both weight loss and long-term maintenance. However it is unrealistic for this old fat guy to do HIIT and cardio whatever, so I do this strength exercise once a day, and another day I do Aerobic exercise, so I work out twice a day, by doing Aerobic in the morning and Strength exercise at night, I was able to lose weight successfully, so this is hope even for old fat out of shape guy like me :) You can check out my Strength Exercise video compilation and follow along.
