Bethesda has expressed a disregard for what they initially promised and now has made it clear their definition of "pay to win" (contrary to what players themselves believe) ignores microtransactions that merely "circumvent game systems and alleviate the grind" which is by any comprehensive definition EXACTLY what pay to win means.
