INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1 litre
Brint it to a boil
Low the flame
Vinegar + Water 2 tbsp (each)
Milk starts curdled
Wash with cold warer
Squeeze the water
Rest for 15 mins
Knead for 5-7 mins
Make 45-50 balls
Sugar 1 cup
Water 4 cup
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cook until boil
Cook for 15 mins on medium flame
Let it cool completely

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
