Day 2

Topic: Total Triumph Over Total Trespasses

Introduction

Basically, humanity is sinful without the intervention of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Youth included, we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of The Almighty God. The severity of the sins committed does not matter; it is the sincerity behind the confession and repentance of the sins that determines the triumph over them.

From triumphing over sins, we triumph to live in holiness and righteousness.

Three Types of Triumph:

1. Partial Triumph: This deals with victory over some of our recurring challenges. It brings about fluctuating joys and is not consistent.

2. Mixed Triumph: This occurs when we experience certain victories and certain defeats, making us look as though we are struggling with the promises of The Almighty God.

3. Impartial or Full Triumph: This deals with the totality of victory over all sins, sicknesses, and Satan. Here is what Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ promises us.
