HONESTY About My MILAGE on the AT [And What I REGRET About It!]

I didn't hike every single mile of the Appalachian Trail, and I'm not afraid to say it! I encourage everyone to decide what they want their hike to be. I do wish I hadn't burnt myself out, started each day earlier, and avoided the cold and mental challenge of hiking into mid-October. I'll go through my daily log of mileage with you, and tell you everything I learned. I may not have been a faster hiker, but if you're trying to be, I have a lot of ideas for you!
