The biggest reason why people lose hope that they can complete a research project is because they let their emotions get in the way of completing the project. Just keep doing the work, and your PhD project will finish itself.

I discuss how you can rationally think about completing a research project, and start working on building relationships to make the research journey more exciting and fun.
