Had enough of light novels, mangas and animes riding on the tailcoat of Sword Art Online? (for whatever reason this became popular, as there are a lot of other and better series that did the "you die in the game, you die for real"-setting or at least "players are now in the game"-theme) I´m one of them as well! So when I looked at Log Horizon I just went: "Eh."
But I gave it a try - and I did not regret it. Unlike the meldodrama Sword Art Online, this series focuses on the premise of people being drawn into the game and having to build their entire existence anew in this foreign world. What are the rules? What happens to the NPCs - they are basically the same as the players, but unlike the players, NPCs don´t respawn when they are killed...why is that? And what happens if you die in the game? How can you give the people a purpose in this world without a real society? Where do the monsters come from, how do they respawn? The series tackles all of these problems. Add to that a colorful cast and you have a great series that stands well and above all the other "I´m in a game"-series.

I do not own any of the material I have shown, I merely want to highlight some of the best music in the anime and video game industry and educate people on how diverse and amazing the music is they present to us.
